PLEASE NOTE: The convention and expo include classes, demonstrations, social activities, and access to the vendor hall. There is an additional fee for on-site painting at the resort.
The following are NOT included in your registration fee to the convention:
- Pre Convention Workshop
- VIP Diamond Member Experience Upgrade
- Studio Pass
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- No transfers to other years or events are allowed.
- We will refund 50% of the registration fee for cancellation after August 30, 2021
- No refunds on or after September 30, 2021
- Cancellation today- 8/30/21 = 100% Refund, less a $50 processing fee
- Cancellation 8/31/21 – 9/29/21 = 50% Refund, less a $50 processing fee
- Cancellation on or after 9/30/21 = 0% Refund
